What is the catch?

There is no catch, we do not charge extra for pre-spotting, stain guard, deodorizing, etc. as does every other carpet cleaning company. Our price is firm, no hidden costs. 1 story $110.00 plus tax $119.08 total for everything. We won't be adding things on once he gets to your home.

Is it wet or dry clean?

We only do the Dry Clean method, which is similar in concept to dry cleaning your clothes. At the clothes dry cleaner, they put your clothes in a washer and get them wet, but with dry cleaning solvent rather then detergent and water. Our process is similar to that, we use dry cleaning solution designed for carpets. the main difference is the short drying time with our method.

How is it different than steam clean cleaning?

Both methods are effective in cleaning what is cleanable. The main difference is the dry clean method takes about an hour to dry, as opposed to up to 3 days for the steam cleaners. Also, the other main difference is the price. Other companies charge extra for everything, such as deodorizer, pre-spotting, stain guard. etc., all this is included in our price.

How long does it take?

Average one story takes 1 hour, depending on how dirty the carpets are.

Do you move furniture?

No. We clean the traffic areas and all the exposed areas. We suggest that the home owner move whatever they want to ahead of time (such as dining room chairs into non-carpeted areas, such as kitchen. We can get our machine under the dining room table). If you care to move anything else ahead of time, such as coffee tables, plants, etc.. no problem, this merely exposes more carpet so therefore more we can clean for you.

How effective is this?

How often should the carpet be cleaned?

As often as necessary. A good rule of thumb is every 6 months, but this varies due to your personal lifestyle, children, pets, etc. A clean carpet will wear much better than dirty carpets, in that it is the dirt that contributes to the traffic wear and appearance. With our low price structure you can afford to have your carpets cleaned more frequently.
